What is snoring and what is the cause of it?
How to stop snoring is a question many people are still trying to answer.
Snoring is more often the result of the airway passages becoming restricted during your sleep. This is usually caused by the fatty tissues relaxing in the back of the throat and causing a vibration, which is snoring.
Snoring could be regular (mild) and excessive (severe).
Regular snoring can be cured by waking up or turning over to the other side.
Excessive snoring could be described as repetitive, loud, disruptive and continual regardless of the changes in sleeping positions.
Regular snoring causes a disruption of your sleep as well as your partner's sleep,
these signs alone are a warning that you should start to do something about it. Its better to prevent regular snoring than for you to become an excessive snorer.
Excessive snoring is known for causing too many problems not only health related but sociological as well.
Statistic show that snoring is a major reason for a large percentage of divorces.
Severe snoring can also cause severe sleep deprivation for the couple which can lead to the immune system not responding quickly to the healing process, as well as very poor emotional and mental health, mood changes, not thinking very clearly and slow reaction times.
If you suffer from excessive snoring, you should visit the doctor for a proper diagnosis.
To stop snoring you can try the following:
